“Thus far we have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of finishes and overall layout of the 3 story townhouse. 1 1/2 blocks from town square, living in the Hidden Hollow Townhouses feels as though we have the best of both the in-town living and the open space of Jackson. Our grassy backyard rolls right up to the border of the Elk Preserve providing unobstructed views East of the Elk Preserve and Bridger Teton National Forest and to the south we look at the slopes of Snow King.
One of our first purchases was a wildlife spotting scope that sits in the living room in front of the floor to ceiling window wall (the wall opens fully for great summer indoor/outdoor living) and we can watch wildlife all day long. Shaw construction put in luxury finishes throughout--from the quartz waterfall countertops to the cabinets and chosen fixtures and appliances, the flooring, and the wood and metal stairways. I love that we have geothermal systems in place for heat and a/c. While admittedly the townhouse lacks a bit of curb appeal from the front, the inside is spectacular and well laid out on three floors with three bedrooms each with en suite baths plus powder room for guests. The management has thus far provided a turnkey experience and we are very glad to have chosen to purchase here over the other luxury townhouses being built in town by the same builder (with the same finishes) which are beautiful to look at but with all the glass at pedestrian street level we were concerned it might feel like living in a fishbowl. We opted for the the views, privacy, and proximity to downtown and are very pleased with our choice. Having our own garage and driveway will also come in handy for extra storage, ski gear, and parking. Highly recommend if any of the townhouses are still available.”
